Welcome to the Terms of Use page for the website laboocare.rs. Please read the following instructions and terms for using our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use.
The owner of the website is “LABOO” d.o.o. Belgrade, with its registered office at Dr Milivoja Petrovića 3, Belgrade (Company Registration No. 67898516, Tax ID/PIB 114845248) and business activity code 4791 – Retail trade via mail order or via the Internet.
Conditions for Using the Website
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). For informational price display in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be shown in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which may be unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price shown on our website.
Orders are accepted worldwide, but delivery is provided only within the Republic of Serbia, excluding Kosovo.
Changes on the website may occur depending on product availability. Therefore, certain products may be replaced. They will always be replaced with an adequate product of the same or greater value.
The purchase and receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages and tobacco products is legally prohibited for persons under the age of 18. A signature and proof of age are required upon delivery.
All information and your data collected by our website will not be misused or shared with third parties in any way. All information you enter when placing an order, including your name, address, phone number, and email address, will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed except where required by law. It will be used only for the purpose of successfully delivering the ordered products.
Damaged Shipments and Incorrect Addresses
In case of shipment damage during transport, your complaint must be submitted within 24 hours from the time you received the shipment. Please contact us by email. The complaint must include the following information: order number, name and phone number of the person submitting the complaint, and a time when we can contact you with a detailed explanation regarding your complaint. You will be contacted within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect postal code or an invalid delivery address. Please check your address information and how it is written before completing the order, including the apartment number to which the shipment is sent. Incorrect recipient information may lead to delivery delays or non-delivery. If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address and needs to be resent, or if there is a request for resending to an alternative address, you will be charged reshipping costs to the correct address as well as additional transport costs. We are not responsible for orders that remain in transit for a prolonged period due to an incorrect address. We also cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by errors or fault of the carrier/courier service.
Special Provisions
- Custom-made and personalized gift sets are not eligible for return.
- VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.
- Orders that are being processed or transported cannot be cancelled.
- We guarantee the quality of our products.
When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, which are among the most modern cryptographic technologies.
Payment data security is guaranteed by the card payment processor Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, and the entire payment process is performed on the bank’s pages. At no moment are payment card details available to our system.
In case of return of goods and refund to a customer who previously paid by card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for return, LABOO DOO is obliged to perform the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
Products correspond to the specifications stated on the website.
It is your obligation to check whether the gift set is appropriate immediately upon receipt.
Complaints will not be accepted if the products have been consumed or used, partially or in full. All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of receipt.
In the event of a dispute or misunderstanding, you agree, in the spirit of goodwill, to first notify the other party in writing (by registered mail). Please describe the facts and circumstances that led to the dispute and allow the other party 30 days to resolve it. Notifications should be sent to: Stevana Opačića 48/20.
Our notices to you will be sent to the billing address you provided on our website.
This procedure must be followed before initiating any court proceedings.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia and the Court in Belgrade has jurisdiction over any disputes.
These terms remain in effect until one of the parties terminates the agreement.
You may terminate this agreement at any time.
Payment Methods
Payment by card
If you choose to pay by card when ordering, you will be redirected during checkout to the Banca Intesa website. Banca Intesa processes online card payments. On the bank’s website you will enter all required information, after which the bank will reserve funds on your current account in the amount of the order. After successful payment, you will automatically receive an email with all order and transaction details. Then you will be redirected back to our website to complete the purchase.
Security of your card data is guaranteed by Banca Intesa, and those details are not available to laboocare.rs.
Once your payment has been recorded, the requested products are packed and sent to the delivery address.
Payment via E-banking
After ordering products from the website, you pay the amount from the order via e-banking through your bank using your computer. Once we record your payment, the products are packed and sent to the delivery address.
Payment slip at a counter
After ordering products from our website, you pay the amount from the order using a general payment slip at the post office or any commercial bank. Once we record your payment, the products are packed and sent to the delivery address.
Bank transfer payment (for companies)
This payment method applies to companies. After ordering, you will receive a pro forma invoice on the basis of which you can make the payment. Once we record your payment, the requested products are packed and sent to the delivery address. The fiscal receipt is sent by mail to your address.
Delivery of Goods
Delivery is carried out every working day between 9 AM and 8 PM, and includes delivery to your front door where conditions allow. The entire delivery process is transparent: the user receives information when payment is successfully completed and when the package is dispatched.
If gifts are immediately available (marked on the website), they can be delivered the same day within Belgrade. For certain products, delivery is within the next 1–2 business days. Delivery may be personal within Belgrade or via courier service.
All listed products depend on availability or stock levels. We strive to keep stock available at all times and will notify you if a product is out of stock.
If a gift is delivered to the requested address and no one is present to receive it, and it is returned, the user bears the costs of both deliveries and the full value of the gift.
Cash on delivery and card payment options are available.
In order for delivery to be carried out correctly, all required information must be entered, including a phone number.
If the package arrives damaged, please take a photo before opening it so we can confirm that the damage was caused by the courier service.

Payment
babyboocare.com supports the following payment methods:
- Debit/credit card payment
This method means that after confirming your order on the secure payment page, you pay by card. All payment details will be automatically sent to your email after payment is completed. - Cash on delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery means paying the order amount to the courier upon receiving the shipment. Payment is made in cash only.
Delivery and Possible Limitations
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 business days from the date of ordering.
Complaints Policy
The seller undertakes to deliver a product with a valid expiration date that corresponds to the type and description stated on the website of the online shop We Boo natural doo Belgrade.
The image illustrating the product on the website does not have to match the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot file a complaint on that basis.
We reserve the right to errors in descriptions, photographs, prices, and item quantities. In case of an error, the seller’s operator confirmation is considered valid.
Ordered products are packed in such a way that they will not be damaged during normal handling.
Upon delivery, please check the delivered goods and report any damage to the person delivering the goods. If visible external damage exists on the delivered goods, the customer has the right to refuse to accept the ordered goods. Please compare the delivered products (type and quantity) with the receipt, and if anything is missing or the wrong product has been delivered, inform the courier immediately. Please note that checking the shipment is the customer’s responsibility, and we are not obliged to accept later complaints regarding quantity/type of delivered goods or visible defects.
The customer has the right to return goods if the product has a material or quality defect that could not be noticed at the time of delivery. In that case, please report the product to us so we can arrange a return and replacement or a refund.

After the customer reports a product issue, the We Boo natural doo Belgrade online store will arrange collection of the goods as soon as possible through the authorized courier service.

User Privacy Protection
On behalf of We Boo natural doo Belgrade, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers.
We collect only the necessary basic data about customers/users, and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices, in order to provide quality service. Visitors of babyboocare.com do not have the right to unilaterally change the terms of use, and any such change is invalid unless both parties agree in writing. We Boo natural doo Belgrade strives to keep information/data published on the website accurate and up to date, but provides no guarantees or promises that this is always the case, and bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the user’s assumption that the information/data is accurate.
