Retention Period for Your Personal Data
We inform you that the data you provide is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was provided, or as required by applicable legal regulations.
Below we indicate how long we store your data depending on the purpose for which it was collected:
- Data provided during registration on the website is stored as long as you are a registered user, i.e., until your account is deactivated. If you deactivate your account, we will store the data for the next six months from the date of deactivation, in order to resolve any potential complaints that may have arisen earlier.
- Data related to the purchase/sale of goods is processed until the relevant purchase is completed, including the time needed to resolve objections, complaints, or requests regarding delivered goods.
- Data related to your inquiries or requests is stored and processed to the extent necessary to fulfill your request or respond to your inquiry.
- Data collected for marketing purposes, for which you provided consent, is stored until you withdraw your consent.
- Data collected through interaction with you (such as purchase analysis, IP address, device analysis, retargeting marketing, etc.) via the website will be deleted within 24 months from the date of collection.
