For informational price display in other currencies, the <strong>middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia<\/strong> is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be shown in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which may be unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price shown on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders are accepted worldwide, but delivery is provided <strong>only within the Republic of Serbia, excluding Kosovo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes on the website may occur depending on product availability. Therefore, certain products may be replaced. Please check your address information and how it is written before completing the order, including the apartment number to which the shipment is sent. Incorrect recipient information may lead to delivery delays or non-delivery. If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address and needs to be resent, or if there is a request for resending to an alternative address, you will be charged reshipping costs to the correct address as well as additional transport costs. We are not responsible for orders that remain in transit for a prolonged period due to an incorrect address. At no moment are payment card details available to our system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of return of goods and refund to a customer who previously paid by card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for return, <strong>LABOO DOO<\/strong> is obliged to perform the refund exclusively via <strong>VISA, EC\/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina<\/strong> payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the seller\u2019s request, refund the funds to the cardholder\u2019s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products correspond to the specifications stated on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is your obligation to check whether the gift set is appropriate immediately upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Complaints will not be accepted if the products have been consumed or used, partially or in full. All complaints must be submitted within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> from the time of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a dispute or misunderstanding, you agree, in the spirit of goodwill, to first notify the other party in writing (by registered mail).
